Patch v0.5.001 - Power Network Tycoon is now available in Early Access!
After 2 years of development, Power Network Tycoon has launched on Steam. It's been a long road getting to this point — what started as a side project combining my background in power engineering with game development has grown into something I'm really proud of.
What's included at launch:
- Physics-based power grid simulation
- City growth that responds to your power network
- Multiple generator types and renewable energy sources
- Research tree for unlocking new equipment
- Storm events and equipment failures to deal with
- A sandbox mode for building without constraints
